(at around 41 mins) When Tim is in the dentist's chair and the dentist is drilling his tooth, the dentist's hand go from both being completely on the right side of Tim to having his right hand holding the drill and the left hand around Tim's head holding the mouth mirror. Additionally, the suction goes from dry to wet and dry again and is never turned on.
