At the beginning of the movie, when Rennes rips a button off Holloway's jumpsuit and offers it to her, the button is "face-down" with a circular back showing. When the camera shifts to a close up the button is "face-up" showing the raised border and concave profile common in buttons. When the camera goes back to a wide view the button is "face-down" again, with the circular back visible.
