Although parachute precision drops are commonplace, the sort in which someone drops onto a specific building (the parachutists have a key to unlock a door specific to that building), they require that everything go right. The lightning strike during the fall knocked one of the parachutists unconscious, thus messing up the guidance of the parachutists. They would not have landed precisely where they wanted to the level of a street address.
