The plan depends entirely on people Debbie has no control over doing what she wants them to do, when she wants them to do it: Lou, Amita, Rose, Tammy, Nine Ball, and Constance getting on board; Penelope agreeing to meet Rose; Daphne meeting, then hiring Rose; Delarue-Broussard agreeing to loan the Toussaint; Cartier taking out a policy with Frazier's firm; Vouge hiring Tammy, Lou, Amita, and Constance; Vouge inviting Becker to the Pre-Gala Dinner and him accepting; he and Daphne hitting it off; the bus boy passing by the ladies' room on the way to the kitchen; security not looking for Amita, Lou, and Constance; Frazier's firm assigning the case to him; the ladies agreeing to "cosign" the pieces; Yardley not recognizing that the pieces are from the Toussaint; Yen agreeing to steal the Royal Jewels; security wasting their time with Debbie (running interference for Lou and Yen); Daphne agreeing to "save" the gang for a piece of the action; the police arresting and the DA convicting Becker based on Frazier's "proof". While master criminals in the movies always have a bulletproof plan, this has too many moving parts to have worked in real life.
