When the WHO jet lands in Istanbul, the tail ID is seen to be LY-ZAB, which is an Lithuania aircraft tail ID. The WHO is Headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland. Thus, it's unlikely they would be flying a Lithuanian jet; it more likely would be a Swiss jet.
