The aircraft used to drop Erik Bergman over Norway is a genuine wartime B-25 Mitchell, but is wearing a silver and white color scheme typical of peacetime RAF transports and appears to have had its gun positions removed. It seems unlikely that a brightly-colored aircraft with no defensive capabilities would have been chosen for such a mission.
