In the film, the Zulus use rifles captured at Isandlwana. In real life, the Zulu force at Rorke's Drift had a small number of old muskets, but no captured British weapons from Isandlwana were used. The Zulu reserve or "loins" force fought at Isandlwana, and no Zulus who fought there could've traveled as far as Rorke's Drift in time for the second battle.
