In the scene where Daniel is being given a blood test to check for compatibility as an organ donor, the nurse changes the tube on the hypodermic needle to take a second blood sample and tube remains empty after connecting it to the needle for the entire time it's seen on camera. Normally the blood immediately begins gushing into the tube at a quick rate.
