The instructions in DNA are analogous to those in origami: an embryo develops by consecutively folding cellular structures. DNA does not provide any description of the completed form. The process shown is as impractical, but more so, as trying to manufacture a paper airplane or flamingo in the final state, rather than folding a sheet of paper.
