When the Terminator is in the bar and asks the biker for the clothes, boots, and bike, you can clearly see someone who works for the bar in the kitchen. Before the other man tries to help the biker you can still see the worker, but when the pool stick is broken on the Terminator's neck and the it shows the kitchen again, there is no sign of the worker and there is no way he could have left in half a second.
