Towards the end of the movie the vampires are in an abandoned and condemned prison. The movie shows a sign clearly stating; Condemned. No Trespassing. The slayers simply slide aside one latch and walk right in, then when inside there is electrical power and the full video surveillance system and elevator are fully operational.
