When Neo and Trinity board the helicopter to go after Morpheus, Trinity is not wearing any gloves. A minute later, when Trinity is piloting away from the building with Neo and Morpheus dangling from the helicopter, Trinity's hands are shown on the controls and she's wearing gloves.
