Frank is given a wad of 500 Euro bank notes for "gas and food" by Johnson.Anyone familiar with the European Union (Such as an international mercenary) would know those banknotes are completely useless for small everyday purchases and it seems like Frank would have no time to attempt to launder these extremely conspicuous banknotes as he's constantly being watched.
