When Bergman is dropped back into Norway, he unclips his 'chute, then hears a noise, and fits a magazine into his Sten Gun, cocks it, and then sits ready to fire holding the magazine with his left hand. This was not correct, and in fact was a court-martial offence in the British Army, because of the danger of pulling back the magazine so it partially 'unclipped', which would cause a jam. This is a common fault in war films. The correct attitude would be to hold the barrel of the Sten with the left hand in front of the mag.
