Counting cards in multi-deck shoes requires the count to be divided by the number of decks. In many scenes the dealer is pulling from a multi-deck shoe (usually 6), and yet they say the count is +16 or whatever. Then the bet is huge, and winner winner. In reality, a count of +16 with 6 decks means you divide it by the remaining total, so that it would be about +3. Which sucks. Which is why Vegas uses 6 decks. Yet this fact is ignored here.
