Very unrealistic to think that one would be able to compress to a thin layer the bones of the face even with repetitive and forceful hits with the sole of a shoe onto the floor of an elevator: it would require much harder surfaces and the head would roll, the shoe would slip on the fresh blood, a real mess, but not that kind of gory Hollywood-sensational mess.
