Near the beginning of the Chapter One "Terror in Topanga" segment, husband Phil is watching television while wife Lisa is looking for cigarettes. The television states that a police officer was wounded and is in critical condition and it could be an attack from recent escaped mental patient William Henry Glazer. The newswoman shows a picture of escaped mental patient William Henry Glazer and it is the wrong picture. The news shows a picture of actor William Sanderson as the escaped mental patient who was actually the Gas Station Attendant who saves Lisa at the end.
