At 1:38 into the movie, as the ship Bohomme Richard is preparing for battle a Fifer is playing Yankee Doodle Dandy while a drummer plays and the sound of bagpipe drums are heard, yet the Piper has the mouth piece in, the bag is not under his arm, he is wrestling to get his pipes up, and the bag is not inflated: no steady drone sound would be heard from the pipes under those conditions.
