(at around 1h 14 mins) When Alex (Havoc) shoots his laser beam at Apocalypse (which then doesn't hit him, instead hitting the engine), Alex is last seen kneeling down in front of the second horizontal corridor. In the next vision of the hallway, Quicksilver runs in through the third corridor and the camera angle shows what's behind him (including Hank and co.). Where he is standing, you should be able to see Havoc kneeling down right behind him but he is nowhere to be found (meaning Alex could/should have not been killed).
