The Paris hotel Oleg stays in is referred to as the Meurice a couple of times. But on the windows of Oleg's room, the Shangri-La logo can be seen distinctly. Moreover, the name of the hotel is obvious when Anna leaves it. The Shangri-La Paris hotel was opened in December 2010, when the scene is supposed to take place in the 1980's.
