(at around 33 mins) When the guy is sitting in the ice cream truck telling the story of Terry, to his left is a sticker with the Rugrats logo and an image of a Tommy Pickles ice cream bar above it. After the flashback to the story he's telling, it cuts back to him, and now the Rugrats logo is nearly scribbled out and red circles have been drawn on the ice cream bar image.
