Throughout the film Bruce Banner fears transforming into the Hulk. During Loki's escape from the Helicarrier he transforms with no control over him at all, causing trouble, chaos and a fight with Thor. However during the final battle against the Chitauri invasion he transforms at will and has no problem controlling every move he makes.
