When John has ordered the T-800 him to help him extract Sarah he hands over a cocked gun. As the camera angle changes to over the T-800's shoulder though, the gun is suddenly not cocked. In the next shot however it is cocked again as the T-800 places it pointing muzzle down into his pants - something that would be really dangerous to do if he was not made out of metal and lacking sensitive equipment in that area.
