When the sickbay is being evacuated through the Jefferies tubes, Dr. Crusher and Nurse Ogawa are the only two officers seen wearing medical/science blue uniforms. There are only a few other officers with them, all of whom wear either operations/engineering gold or command/bridge red. Even if all of them were medical officers, that would be an incredibly small staff for a ship the size of the Sovereign-class Enterprise, but the uniforms indicate that Crusher and Ogawa are the only medical officers aboard at all.
