Zobrist has 100% dedication for the virus release. He does not seek any personal gain. He even sacrifices his life to save the plan. So why did he bother with a complicated plan which not only depends on others, but also on their puzzle-solving ability? Why did he not release the virus in a crowded place? He wouldn't even need a bomb; just opening a container would be enough for him.
