When Phoebe finds Egon's suits, a metal slinky is on the shelf to the left of frame. In the next shot, when she pulls out a Crunch wrapper, the PKE meter is in front of it. In the next shot, when Phoebe removes Egon's glasses, the PKE is gone, and the metal slinky is visible again.
