Getting Missouri running again would be impossible.
It would require refueling, alot more men\crew, and the condition would likely fail.
It would also be missing a lot of equipment from when it was decommissioned.
Being it is a steam powered ship, pipes, rubber hoses\connectors would be brittle and break after sitting in HI dormant for over 25 years and being powered using steam pressure.
