Just after Harry lifts Helen out of the car before it goes off the bridge, he holds her outside of the helicopter. As the helicopter moves forward Helen's hair does not move. It stays perfectly in place. The blades or the forward motion should cause a lot of wind. Once she's inside the helicopter and it's landing, her hair is blowing all over the place. This indicates the use of a green screen as mentioned in the trivia section.
