When the Klingon ships encounter the Intruder the Klingon captain of the Amar (Mark Lenard) is seated in the captain's chair, when com-station Epsilon IX intercepts the distress message he is clutching the back of the seat and there is shaking of the craft, in the following scene he is once again seated and it is calmer.
