At the first briefing at the police station, after the bank robbery, Marcus notices some red paint on the outer aspect of his right lower trouser leg and crosses his left leg over to cover this. In the next scene, he is standing with legs uncrossed, looks down and appears surprised to see something (presumably the paint), suggesting that this scene should chronologically be earlier than the leg crossing scene.
