The Netflix Corporation (or the producers) added informative background information titling and words to the very beginning of this footage. They say that Norm recorded this at home all in one take. It seems yes, the audio is definitely completely one take, however, the video does actually cut to different shots and angles - so, technically, this is not one fluid camera take.
