When Boddicker kills Bob Morton the shots make no sounds whatsoever. This is a *COMMON* error in movies and TV. Suppressors (or silencers) do not fully suppress the sound of a gun shot. They only dampen it. They work similar in principle to vehicle mufflers. While Robocop is set in the future, it's not possible to change the laws of physics especially if you're using contemporary firearms. Even with a suppressor, the Desert Eagle Boddicker uses only cycles reliably with supersonic ammunition. The bullets would make a loud crack (sonic boom) when it breaks the sound barrier.A more appropriate weapon to use with a suppressor would be a 9x19mm or .45 ACP pistol as subsonic rounds are commonly available for them.
