When Lorraine Broughton (Charlize Theron) emerges on to the streets of London at the start of the film, in the background are the houses of Parliament and the distinctive clock tower across the Thames. The only buildings on the south side of the river at that point are those of St Thomas's Hospital, there are no side streets or roads following the bank of the river.
