Yevgraf notices the balalaika Tonya slings over her shoulder as she leaves, "confirmation" that she is Yuri and Lara's child. Yet when Tonya recalls how she "came to be lost" (Komarovsky abandoning her), she couldn't have had the balalaika with her and it's never revealed how she obtained it.
