At the radio station, Mr. Lund begins broadcasting Erik Darling and The Kossoy Sisters' recording of "I'll Fly Away" by Albert E. Brumley on the radio. Though "I'll Fly Away" was written in 1929 (eight years before the film's events), it was not first recorded until four years after the film. Furthermore, The Kossoy Sisters were not even born until 1938, one year after the film's events, and Erik Darling was only 5 years old at the time.
