At 1:12:12, President Lincoln talks about pardoning a 16-year-old boy of the 15th Indiana Cavalry for intentionally laming his horse to avoid battle. There never was a 15th Indiana Cavalry. Even if it was a flub of words and he meant the 15th Indiana Infantry, that regiment had already been disbanded in June 1864.
