When Ramsey (James Donald) is reading the list of murdered men, he reads "Addison, John; Alledale, Peter; Bancroft, Edward ... " When Hendley (James Garner) arrives and asks about Ashley-Pitt, Ramsay says he was among those killed. But in that case, Ramsey should have read Ashey-Pitt's name earlier.
