Near the end of the movie when the two Sams are at the infirmary standing by the entrance and looking at the other Sam (Robin Chalk, Sam Bell's clone) waiting for him to wake up, he is laying flat on the bed, asleep, and in the first shot his hands and feet are flat alongside his body. In the next shot when we see the 3 of them, he has moved they are now more widely open, as he is still asleep. Back at him, his position went back as in the first shot. And it goes on.
