At around 12:00 minutes during the castle fight a Slayer is killed by Colwyn. The Slayer's worm creature wriggles from the head cavity and jumps to the ground. Cut to a shot of the floor, and even before the creature hits the tiles, the floor can be seen to wobble. The tiles are obviously made of semi-rigid material in order for the worm to be pulled through from beneath.
