When Martha is stuck behind a golf cart upon her arrival, the camera cuts to a shot of her in her car from the side, but in this shot she's moving much faster and the background is totally different. It looks like the filmmakers simply inserted a shot of her on the freeway by a mountainside from earlier in the film.
