Cargo pilots on long haul flights do not fly in full uniform as depicted. Upon reaching initial cruise altitude (usually 15-20 minutes after take off) it is common practice to change into "cruise pajamas". These range from simply removing the uniform shirt and tie to full pajamas complete with slippers. No long haul crew would remain in full uniform for a flight lasting up to 16+ hours.
