Maybe. More ritualised than necessarily serial, but really spread out, and not just regionally, but over time. The first one dates back to the '60s.
Deputy:
The 1960's?
Ellison Oswalt:
Yeah.
Deputy:
That would put the killer what, in his seventies?
Ellison Oswalt:
Yeah, or his sixties.
