This more or less came about, Admiral Torrey, bcause that civilian-type fella sitting next to you wormed his way into my intelligence staff and had the audacity to suggest that the Navy was wrong in its judgment of you last December. Well, now, we all know the Navy is never wrong, but in this case, it was a little weak on being right.
[All attendees laugh]

So, congratulations, Admiral Torrey.
Captain Rockwell Torrey:
Thank you, sir.

Powell, you can get on with the honors.
