[Sit on his bed next to Gordie]

Gordie:
[Removes the baseball cap and looks at it]
But Denny, this is your yankee cap.
Denny Lachance:
No no, this is your yankee cap.
[Puts it back on Gordie's head]

Denny Lachance:
it's a good luck cap, if you wear that cap, you know how much fish we're gonna catch?
Gordie:
How much?
Denny Lachance:
Bazillion, bazillion fish.
[Pulls the cap over Gordie's eyes while imitating Moe Howard from The Three Stooges]

Denny Lachance:
And it looks good on you too, just like that.
Gordie:
[Denny smiles as Gordie plays along by imitating Curly Howard from The Three Stooges]
Hey, Moe I'm going blind!
Denny Lachance:
[Still imitating Moe]
Ah, don't start with me porcupine. Come 'ere come 'ere.
[Returning to his own voice as he grabs Gordie]

Denny Lachance:
Give me a hug.
[Pats Gordie's back]

Denny Lachance:
[Gordie and Denny embrace, as Denny lifts the tip of Yankee cap from over Gordie's eyes. Suddenly Gordie is startled by his dad's voice]

Mr. Lachance:
You found it.
Gordie:
Huh?
Mr. Lachance:
[Repeats it so Gordie hears him]
You found it.
Gordie:
Yeah.
