[Freddie nods then shakes head]
Coach Farris:
I wancha to take a look ach yer buddies down on the bench Now, do you see any difference between you and them?
[Freddie looks down the line of boys, all caucasian and all, while sitting, half to a full head taller than himself. Freddie looks back at Coach Ferris and shakes head]
Coach Farris:

[Freddie shakes head again]

[Freddie shakes head again]

[turning to the player next to Freddie]

Coach Farris:
[aware now that Ashley's a girl]
