David Franks:
But you don't believe that?
Medical Examiner:

Well this was no propeller.

David Franks:
If what happened to those two men had happened in water, then, Lieutenant Totti, this was a shark. I've done enough work in water and seen enough attacks to know that these lacerations were not caused by any boat.
