[Bernie bends over to get the cigarettes, but Paulie injects a fatal overdose of heroin in his buttocks]

[succumbs to the heroin]

Bernie Lomax:

[Bernie slumps back into his desk chair, now dead. Paulie releases the needle from his buttocks]
