Richard Farley:
I spent the whole day at Project Concern and I have no intention of *ever* going back there again. You and Penny and Chris, you have no idea of who you're messing with here.
Laura Black:
[to another woman]
Go get the manager, now!
Laura Black:
I want you to get out of my way.
Richard Farley:
You think I'm a joke, don't you?
Laura Black:
No Rich, I don't think you're a joke...
Richard Farley:
[shouting]
Don't talk down to me!
[smashes a towel dispenser off the wall]

Richard Farley:
Don't you understand? Why do you want to find out how far I will go? Is it because you want to be right and win? Is it because you want totell everybody that you won?
Laura Black:
No, it's not about winning, I just want to be left alone.
[Farley grabs Laura & gets in her face]

Richard Farley:
I just don't think that you should tell anybody about our little talk here, all right? They might get the wrong impression and then they would do something stupid, and then I could do something stupid, and the whole thing could spiral beyond any hope of recovery...
Richard Farley:
[to a woman who just came into the bathroom]
*Get out of here!*
Richard Farley:
[to Laura]
This could escalate, Laura. I might scare us both with what I'm capable of doing.
[Farley leaves Laura crying in the bathroom]
