Tonya had her own conflict to deal with as she decided to fire Dody Teachman, who she'd begun referring to as her "employee", and rehired Diane Rawlinson.
Dody Teachman:
[remembering how Tonya fired her in March 1992]
She needed someone that was going to give her "100%", she said, and because I was pregnant. I was very insulted, that was very hurtful. I wanted to wring her neck.
